Welcome back fantasy champions! We are playing the 7:05pm ET lineup today on FanDuel. We’re dodging weather around the MLB tonight. Keeping that in mind, here are the players you will want to select tonight!
P – Tanaka $9,600: Look, its simple! When Tanaka is healthy, he dominates. He has 39 K’s in 36 IP. He has nasty stuff and is pitching in Miami’s big park. If he pitches around Stanton, he’ll have no issues getting 15 points. He’ll also be dry tonight!!!
C – Perez $2,700: Salvi is playing in Miller Park tonight, against Lohse (3-7, 6.27). Perez is hitting .285/10/29 this year and will use Lohse and Miller Park, to increase his line.
1B – Goldschmidt $5,600: I always cringe when I go to pay for Goldie. Its usually on nights when he’ll dominate so pay up. He draws Weaver (4-6, 4.61) in Anaheim tonight. Weaver has been leaving his fastball up and over the plate. Look for Goldie to be advantageous of Weaver’s mistakes, and tour the bases.
2B – Cano $2,400: I like Cano tonight in AT&T Park. The wind is blowing well heavy towards right field tonight. Cano faces Hudson (4-5, 4.60) tonight and will be batting anywhere from 2-5 in the order.
3B – Moustakas $2,400: The Moose will be loose in Miller Park tonight! He has the lefty v righty matchup against Lohse (3-7, 6.27). Moose is hitting .318 and is primed with pop for Miller Park
SS – Hardy $2,200: J.J. is my value pick here. He hits Harang (4-7, 3.04) well with a career .750 OPS to support that. It’s calling for 50% chance of rain In Camden Yards tonight, so watch for a rain delay.
OF – Braun $4,000: Braun always seems to do well in the opening game of a series. Ryan is batting 3rd tonight in Miller Park, against Volquez (5-4, 3.07). Braun will bat 3rd tonight. He owns a line this year of .262/13/41/.821.
OF – Gordon $2,800: Alex gets to tee off against Lohse (3-7, 6.27) as well this evening. Gordon is hitting .259/8/29 on the year.
OF – Span $3,100: Span is leading off tonight for the Nat’s against Ramirez (5-2, 4.96). Span is hitting .298/5/19/.795 on the year. He has a lefty v righty matchup with no sight of rain his way.
