It’s that time of year again! As your draft dates are closing in, here is some food for thought on some players you should take a good look at.
TE – Martellus Bennett
With Brandon Marshall relocating to NY and #1 pick, Kevin White sidelined indefinitely, who will reap the rewards? Bennett! Jay Cutler will likely look the way of the big TE, along with Matt Forte, especially in the first half of the season.
RB – Ameer Abdullah
The Nebraska RB has shown some early explosion and looks to push the depth chart for plenty of early playing time. With Calvin Johnson drawing tons of attention on deep and clearing routes, look for Abdullah to hit the hole and find paydirt!
WR – Martavis BryantÂ
He is a big play waiting to happen. He torched opposing defenses for 8 TDs last year while in a very limited role as a rookie. Big Ben will be sure to get him much more involved this season as Bryant is slated to be the other starting WR with Wheaton in the slot.
