Glizzy or Cheeseburger?

When our country celebrates our independence each year on July 4th, we will most likely consume a glizzy or cheeseburger. Personally, I will eat both. I usually bypass the fruit and other distractions on the sides table and focus specifically on the hotdogs and burgers. I like to live by the rule of two; two glizzies and two cheeseburgers. This is always the goal or mission going into the holiday. Of course, I’m also consuming Major League Baseball and highlights of Joey Chestnut from the Nathan’s Famous Hot Dog Eating Contest. Fox Sports provided the line: Joey Chestnut: -4000 (bet $10 to win $10.25 total). That’s America in a bun; baseball, hot dogs, burgers and competition. The cheeseburger is a staple of

Fresh Baseball In Camden Yards

The Big Red Machine come to Camden Yards to start the week. The Birds could possibly drop the first two games and be forced to save the series on Wednesday. Cincinnati has been one of the hottest teams in the show, lately, racking off twelve consecutive wins before losing to Atlanta on Saturday. The Reds are (14-4) since calling up Elly De La Cruz, who is slashing .333 Avg. / 3 HRs / 10 RBIs / .989 OPS., and look to keep building on their success. This will be a fun series as both clubs can generate runs. Anthony Santander leads the Orioles in Home Runs (14) and RBIs (47). There will be fresh baseball in Camden Yards. Baltimore went to

TWW: Tip Of The Week – April 25

It’s the Tip Of The Week (TOTW) and we’re looking for the best value for NBA daily fantasy in the NBA Playoffs.  Key value plays for me this week are Jordan Clarkson, Mike Conley and Bojan Bogdanovic for the Jazz.  Clarkson is currently $4,700 on DraftKings and he’s averaging 26 fantasy points per game. He’ll get you your x5 value. Mike Conley is currently priced at $5,400 and averages 28.7 fantasy points per game.  Conley has a ceiling of 48 fantasy points.  Also, we’re keeping the band together (stacking) with Bojan Bogdanovic.  Bogdanovic has a ceiling of 50 fantasy points.  The Jazz are in a tough series with Dallas, but have tremendous fantasy value. My "must have" this week is Jason Tatum

The Wild, Wild AFC West

The 2022 NFL offseason has been wild. One could argue that this has been the craziest NFL offseason ever. Trades and free agent acquisitions have turned the AFC West into an arms race. Which teams are making the right deals? Let's dive into the wild, wild AFC West. Denver Broncos The Denver Broncos got the party started by acquiring Russell Wilson from Seattle, in exchange for their future, or so it seems. Denver traded away QB Drew Lock, TE Noah Fant, DL Shelby Harris, and draft capitol consisting of two first-round picks, two second-round picks and a fifth-round pick. That’s quite a haul for Wilson. Was it worth it? Los Angeles Chargers The Los Angeles Chargers acquired Khalil Mack from the Chicago Bears for

Tip Of The Week: February 28th

It’s the TOTW and we’re looking for the best value for NBA daily fantasy contests. A key value play is Jalen Suggs for Orlando. He’s only $5,400 on DraftKings, and has a decent matchup this week against the Pacers twice this week. Suggs should log over 30 min of gameplay and should be good for a double-double. On the flip side, Lance Stephenson has great value, too with a price at $4,500. Lance had an ankle injury last week, but should be cleared to play this week against the Magic. If Stephenson is a late scratch, pivot to Chris Duarte. My "must haves" this week are Ja Morant and Steven Adams. Ja is $9,700 on DK, but I look at as buying
